In Perú the three most typical dishes are "ceviche", "lomo saltado" and "ají de gallina".

It is ssually served with beer. There are many types to serve the ceviche, like ceviche of black’s shells, the mixed ceviche and Peruvian “tiradito” is a variation of the cut of the fish.
"Lomo Saltado" This delicius plate is prepared with chunks of fried meat with onion and tomato. |
